We (a group of ten friends) approached Dawn earlier this year as our friend was going to be celebrating a big birthday and we wanted to get her a bangle to mark the occasion. Dawn was a fantastic communicator, and swiftly arranged a chance for a couple of us to meet her to discuss what we would like. Dawn was really welcoming and it was brilliant to be able to see all of the different bangle and bracelet options first hand. We were able to narrow down our choices at the meeting, then Dawn was able to share various pictures of her beautiful work with us to make a final decision. Once we had made a decision, Dawn kept us updated with WIP pictures and offered suggestions about how we could personalise the bangle to add meaning.
The finished bangle was hand delivered (as I'm local to Dawn) and looked even better in real life!
We arranged a meet up with our friend to give her our present, which she was absolutely blown away by!

I approached Dawn to see if she could create a personal piece of jewellery for my daughter who was moving abroad for two years. Dawn took such care with discussing my ideas, and suggested a pendant with silver charms that could move around a lapis lazuli stone. Each charm is personal to me and my daughter, the item is so beautiful, delicate and yet also very sturdy. My daughter was in tears of joy when she saw it and has worn it every day since.
