  • I love my bracelets. My mum (who usually tells me that 'a person can have too much jewellery' - really, she does!) recently asked me to make her a bracelet, so I made her one like this. She loves it, so I made a few extra, and named them for her.

I use 1.2mm sterling silver wire* to form two sizes of jump rings - the larger ones have an external diameter of approximately 9mm, and I've hammered them to give some texture. I've then soldered them together with smaller rings, and added an S-Clasp (again, I've made this) This allows for the bracelet to be fastened on any of the links, allowing for this particular photographed bracelet to fit a wrist up to 18 cm (7 inches)

Finally I used one of Nan's buttons to apply texture to the fine silver pebble that I have hanging from the end, to help with fastening.

This bracelet weighed 7.9 grams, so, of course has it's formal hallmark. Your's will too. Just tell me the size you want and I'll finish and dispatch it for you*

When placing your order, please let me know the wrist size you would like me to make it fit. Either tell me the size if you know it, or opt for small, medium, large - Small tends to be about 6-6.5 inches (15-16.5cm), medium 6.5-7.5 inches (16.5-19cm), large 7.5-8.5 inches (19-21.5cm).

Please see the final photographs for an image of my hallmarks. The size and style of the hallmark on your piece will depend on the item you purchase as the Assay Office are excellent at adjusting the size of the mark to fit the size of the piece.

***Usually made to order, but I have some in stock - if there's an exact size listed, then that's what I have available for instant dispatch, otherwise, please allow me up to a fortnight to make and post yours.***

As with all my fully hand crafted pieces, I use certified recycled sterling silver, and although future chains will be made to the same method, there will be slight variances to the chain and also to the hallmark - examples of hallmarks placed on my work by the London Assay Office in the final photos.

    • Sterling Silver will eventually oxidise or tarnish. It's a natural process that can be slowed down by regular wear and by keeping unworn items away from the atmosphere. If you leave your jewellery out on display, this oxidisation will be faster.  You can polish up your items, with a soft cloth, some silver polish, or a buffing cloth such as Town Talk, which is readily available from any high street jewellers in the UK

Fine silver is 99.9% silver, and because of this the tarnish rate is much, much slower. Again, a buff should do the job for polishing it back up. If I have patinated your silver already, be gentle when buffing!

Each piece should stand up to regular wear, but , as with all jewellery, please remove it before washing, using chemicals or applying perfume etc

Apply body lotion and perfume a few minutes before putting on your jewellery to help slow down tarnish

The sterling silver used in these items was sold to me by my bullion dealer ass certified recycled.

he gemstones I use have been sold to me by reputable dealers as untreated (unless stated specifically in the listing). They are a natural, organic creation from the earth and each one will be slightly different. You can see examples of this on my Facebook page.
I select the stones that I think go together best for each project, hence my comments that each item is individual.
