  • This listing is for one spinner ring - size K to K 1/2 which has the platinum jubilee hallmark for 2022 (see final photos of how these look on other pieces, and the explanation of what each punch means)

I usually make small batches of these, styled as the mood takes me; the very small ones are often just under the required weight to send for hallmarking (7.78g) but I tend to include them with a batch anyway, just so you have that added security of knowing it's all sterling silver.

This ring weighs about 8.5 grams and has a width of 10.8 mm and a flare of 2.3mm.

It has a lightly beaten inner ring, and 3 satellite rings - the outer pair have hammered flattened areas and the central one a rose embossed texture with a fine silver shell. I made the shell using Art Clay Silver, and a shell from our favourite beach (Blue Holes in Kalbarri, Australia).  Photos taken in November, between rain storms  as evidenced by the raindrops :-)

It's a size K in one direction and an K 1/2 if you flip it over the other way, which gives extra flexibility if, like me you have fingers that fluctuate in sizing depending on the day

All the silver I use is certified eco silver - recycled and reclaimed by my bullion dealer, or made using my own scrap.

I make the main band, texturing before forming it, if rolling it through my mill or stamping. I apply the beaten texture described as 'ribbed' after forming the band. I then make the satellite rings, ensuring that their fit, like Goldilocks, is just right.

Because these bands are a little wider than usual, most people need to go up a half size or two when selecting one to wear, for ultimate comfort. If you wish to try one and need to return it because it doesn't fit, then I'll happily accept a return, as long as it's within a fortnight. Please see my return policy regarding this.

Of course, if you are local, you can make an appointment to come and try them all ;-)

If you would like a ring sizer, you can order one in my other listings, at cost and I'll refund you if you then place an order for a ring from me

    • Sterling Silver will eventually oxidise or tarnish. It's a natural process that can be slowed down by regular wear and by keeping unworn items away from the atmosphere. If you leave your jewellery out on display, this oxidisation will be faster.  You can polish up your items, with a soft cloth, some silver polish, or a buffing cloth such as Town Talk, which is readily available from any high street jewellers in the UK

Fine silver is 99.9% silver, and because of this the tarnish rate is much, much slower. Again, a buff should do the job for polishing it back up. If I have patinated your silver already, be gentle when buffing!

Each piece should stand up to regular wear, but , as with all jewellery, please remove it before washing, using chemicals or applying perfume etc

Apply body lotion and perfume a few minutes before putting on your jewellery to help slow down tarnish

The sterling silver used in these items was sold to me by my bullion dealer ass certified recycled.

he gemstones I use have been sold to me by reputable dealers as untreated (unless stated specifically in the listing). They are a natural, organic creation from the earth and each one will be slightly different. You can see examples of this on my Facebook page.
I select the stones that I think go together best for each project, hence my comments that each item is individual.
